Key facts about our History

In 1989, Charles Kaufhold founded the law firm KAUFHOLD, Avocats. The firm developed rapidly. At first, the practice was focused on litigation. In the early 1990s, the practice was extended to corporate law.

Charles Ossola joined the firm in 2001, as a partner. He contributed strongly to expand the practice areas of corporate law, banking and finance, and public law. In 2006, the firm was renamed KAUFHOLD OSSOLA & ASSOCIES. Charles Ossola died in a tragic accident in 2011.

Since then, we are determined to keep his reactive approach and specific expertise, along with our own skills to face the needs of our clients.

Today, Emmanuel Réveillaud, partner since 2004, is leading the practice areas in corporate law, merger & acquisitions, banking & finance, investment funds.

Since 2015, the firm is renamed KAUFHOLD & REVEILLAUD, Avocats. The firm is able to build strongly and securily on the foundations of its history.
