Our team advises on cartels, leniency applications, abuses of dominant positions, joint ventures, distribution and licensing agreements, unfair competition, claims for damages, European and Luxembourg merger control and state aid. It also assists clients in proceedings before the Luxembourg Competition Authority, the European Commission, Luxembourg courts and tribunals, and the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
We assist our clients in investigations conducted by the European Commission and the Luxembourg Competition Authority, as well as in sector inquiries, market studies and unannounced cartel inspections (dawn raids). We conduct competition law audits, develop tailor made competition compliance programs, and train and prepare our clients for such investigations and inspections.
Our significant experience in European law enables us to effectively defend the interests of international and Luxembourg-based companies.
Our team is also involved in sector regulation, notably in the energy, telecommunications and transport sectors, and represents clients before the Institut Luxembourgeois de Régulation (ILR).
