Aksel ISITMEZ holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Luxembourg, a Master’s degree from the University of Aix-Marseille, and an L.L.M. from the University of San Francisco. Sworn in as a member of the Luxembourg Bar in 2020, he first worked as an Associate in a number of leading law firms before joining Kaufhold & Réveillaud, Avocats. His practice focuses mainly on corporate law, with a particular emphasis on national and international restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and liquidations. He also advises on banking and finance law, in the context of setting up external financing for companies, as well as intra-group financing.
