Delphine de Timary holds a Master’s degree in business law from the University of Aix Marseille III (1989), and was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in March 1991. Since February 2006, she has been practicing with Kaufhold & Reveillaud.
With over thirty years’ experience in providing legal services to commercial enterprises, she advises clients on their relations with customers, competitors, employees, suppliers and public authorities. It informs them of their legal and regulatory obligations, and assists them in drawing up and executing their contracts. When her clients are faced with disputes, she assists them in finding conciliatory solutions and, if necessary, defends their interests before the courts.
