Maître OULED LARABI holds a Master’s degree from the University of Lorraine, and will be sworn in as a lawyer at the Luxembourg bar in 2022. He has been practicing with Kaufhold & Reveillaud since 2018.
He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate law. He advises listed and unlisted companies and private equity firms on domestic and cross-border transactions.
