Gabriel BLESER holds a Master’s degree in private law from the University Robert Schuman of Strasbourg, a LL.M (MagisterLegum) from the University of Cologne and a Postgraduate College Diploma in European Competition law from the King’s College of London.
He was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 1997 and joined Kaufhold & Reveillaud in January 2024. Before joining the firm, he was a partner in several well-known law firms.
With 25 years’ professional experience, he advises on competition law (Luxembourgish and European), (cartels, abuse of dominant position, State aid, joint ventures, mergers), in European law, labor law, administrative law and data protection law. He was the first general rapporteur of the Luxembourg Competition Inspection. He is Chairman and a founding member of the ALEDC (Luxembourgish Association for the study of the Competition Law) and treasurer and member of the APSI (Association of Information Society Professionals).
